Dear Students, Young GAZI members!
We congratulate you and wish you continued success. We recommend that you carefully read this Guide until the end, which has been prepared to inform you during the registration process.
There are two ways to register to our university. Students who have had their places confirmed will complete the registration process by choosing only one of the two methods explained below.
1. (Electronic) REGISTRATION THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT
Candidates who have had their places confirmed at our university will be able to register electronically (E-Registration) by using their e-Government passwords on the https://turkiye.gov.tr website. Candidates who do not have an e-Government password, can obtain their passwords by personally applying to PTT branches with their photo identification documents containing their National I.D. number.
E-Registration can be made for all programs except for the TAI-Kazan Vocational School Aircraft Technology program.
Electronic registrations via e-Government can be made through the "University E-Registration" option under the "Higher Education Council" title found in the "e-services" section of the https://turkiye.gov.tr website between 4-8 September 2021 after authentication of the e-Government password.
Candidates who have registered with e-Government will complete their registration by printing the barcoded form showing that they have registered.
Students who register to the University electronically via E-Registration do not need to come to the University and bring documents to register.
CLICK HERE for the E-Registration Guide!
An SMS will be sent to the mobile phones that have been registered in the Student Selection and Placement Center system by the students who have applied electronically via e-Government. Students will also be able to view information on their e-Government registration in the Gazi University Student Information System.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Newly enrolling students are strongly recommended to register electronically (E-Registration) via the https://turkiye.gov.tr website, as it saves time and reduces financial and moral burden.
